The following terms and conditions must be agreed to before making any purchase on our website, Please read all terms and conditions before placing your order.

We are a business to business transaction, not a business consumer transaction, therefore our terms and conditions will differ slightly from other businesses. Please see the following for information on returns , privacy and grading.

International orders-
Please note that since Britain has left the Eu you may be charged for imports by your country when you order from us, we are not responsible for any charges that may be imposed by your country.

GRADING POLICY-
The following information explains what each grade we use on our website means:
Grade 'A' - Good sellable condition used clothing, may show some slight signs of wear (slight fading, etc)  as it is used and/or have small marks which will come out with a quick wash.

Grade B- Sellable condition clothing which may have small stains , small holes or other noticeable signs of wear such as missing zips/buttons ,etc . Grade b condition is still in wearable condition and wont show any major damage.

Grade C- Damaged clothing which is mostly in a unsalable state as it is, grade c clothing is used for reworking into other pieces - it may have large stains , rips , etc.

Grade Other - mix of grade b and c

RETURNS POLICY -
Our returns policy varies slightly on the method used to order.

Handpicks (video) -
We accept returns for a full refund on all video handpicks , we can only accept a full return, NOT a partial return for partial refund.

Ordering by the kg-
Unfortunately we do not accept any form of return for any orders by the kg.

Custom order method -
Unfortunately we do not accept any form of returns for custom orders.
the only time we may accept returns is if the grade/condition of the clothing is worse than it should be.

Ordering by the bundle (piece) -
